Advertising on The Dog Scene
All advertising is accepted by The Dog Scene on the basis that you have read, and agree, to the following terms and conditions.
- Advertising of livestock will only be accepted direct from the breeder.
- Breeders advertising their livestock hereby agree to abide by the Code of Ethics.
- Advertisers will be responsible for the content of their advertisements, including obtaining copyright permission for any text, graphics or photographs they include, and ensuring that the contents of their advertisements do not violate any laws.
- Any material that is, in the opinion of The Dog Scene, unlawful, obscene, threatening, abusive, libellous, or encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offence, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any national law, will not be accepted by The Dog Scene.
- The Dog Scene reserves the right to remove material deemed inappropriate from your links/advertisements/comments/pages, without prior notice.
- The Dog Scene reserves the right to refuse any advertising.
- Upon placing an order the advertiser will have entered into a contract with The Dog Scene for a period of one year and the fee is non refundable.
- The Dog Scene shall not be held liable for any loss or damages caused by the use or misuse, unavailability or removal of services.
- The Dog Scene reserves the right to cancel an account at any time without notice.
- Advertisers indemnify The Dog Scene, its representatives, employees and agents, against all claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses arising out of or relating to the advertiser's advertisements placed on the web site of The Dog Scene.
- The Dog Scene reserves the right to amend and update these Terms and Conditions at any time without further notice to the advertiser.
