2006 Judges' Seminar

The morning of Sunday 12th February saw us off bright and early to Shenstone in Staffordshire for the Papillon (Butterfly Dog) Club's Breed Judges' Seminar and Assessment, which David had been asked to organise and run again.

There was an excellent attendance of 30 delegates. In the first part of the morning we covered K. C. Rules & Regulations speaker Dr J Stevenson followed by a test for all that took part,next up was The Breed Standard speaker Mrs Carolyn Roe with plenty of audience participation. This was followed by a good lunch, then onto the assessments. We had a good range of Papillons for the delegates to go over and assess, and the feedback has been excellent. The photograph shows Carolyn giving the talk with Irene holding Starlett and Kitten 2 of the 'models', we were also lucky to have Tanya who belongs to Sue Morrell as the Phalene 'model' so all aspects were covered.
