Aunty Sue's HomoeopathyNeed to keep your dogs healthy and springing out of bed every day? For information on problems and homoeopathic remedies, Sue Jones' introduction to Homoeopathy came about quite by chance. Back in 1981 her husband was in a bad road accident, and at the same time she had been suffering from a very painful and debilitating condition of the right knee, for which she was receiving physiotherapy without success. While visiting her husband in hospital, a staff nurse in his ward noticed how badly she was walking and told her husband about a wonderful Acupuncturist in Witham called Nelson Brunton. Sue eventually made an appointment with Mr Brunton and received acupuncture. He also gave her some tiny white pills, which she took somewhat apprehensively as she did not know what they were. Sue soon discovered that Nelson was a very well known Homoeopath who also taught about it. After a couple of visits her knee was much improved and she had started to read up on Homoeopathy. It was a chance remark from Nelson that she would of course find homoeopathy of immense use with her dogs, coupled with the discovery that a friend of her who bred Dandie Dinmonts was married to the now retired Supervising Doctor of a local Hospital who was now practising as a full time Homoeopath, started her on what has been a worthwhile Voyage of Discovery. Although Sue is faithful to her excellent Vet, she has found that Homoeopathy can relieve many conditions that are often puzzling to him because In homoeopathy it is the symptoms, not the cause, that are the guiding steps to treatment.
